return policy
we are happy to take exchanges or offer store credit on new, unwashed clothing within 30 days of purchase. key words: new and unwashed. speesees is highly durable and washes beautifully, but please don't try to return used clothing. if you should have defective merchandise, we will offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. to expedite your return process, please contact us by phone at (877) 552-5808, or by email at info@speesees.com.

speesees is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit, so please ship it back to us via UPS or USPS mail with delivery confirmation. upon receipt, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. original shipping charges are not refundable.

we always strive to make your online shopping experience a fun one. to shop online, please click store and then search by category and sub-category. click on a specific item to see available sizes and colors. once you have selected your item, click add to cart. once you have added everything to cart, scroll down & enter any special codes/discount coupon you may have. when you are done shopping, please click checkout to proceed. you will then select a shipping option, enter shipping + billing info + select payment method.

speesees accepts MC, VISA, + AMEX. we are happy to accept checks if you place your order by mail or phone.

shipping
all orders will be processed + shipped within 72 hours. during sales it can take over a week to process an order, so if you need it expedited, please contact us. available shipping options are UPS or USPS (domestic or international). the flat USPS rate for 1lb is $4.80; if the package is over 1lb, USPS costs depend on weight + destination (we are in san francisco). if you have any questions, you can always contact us.
